Cancellation and Refund Policy
LegalDST offers a subscription plan where users can access 500 prompts for a fee of ₹500. This subscription allows users to utilize the prompts within a one-month period. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions governing subscriptions, prompts, cancellations, and refunds.1. Prompt Usage and Errors a) Error on Our Side: In the event of an error on our part, where a prompt is not counted correctly or is unusable due to a technical issue caused by LegalDST, we will rectify the situation by ensuring that the prompt in question is not counted against your subscription.b) One-Month Validity: Subscriptions and prompts are valid for one calendar month from the date of purchase. Prompts cannot be carried forward to the following month, and upon renewal, the 500 prompt count will be reset. a) Cancellation Policy: At present, LegalDST does not offer a formal cancellation policy for subscriptions or prompts. Once a subscription and prompts are purchased, they are non-refundable and must be used within the one-month validity period.b) Upcoming Top-Up Subscription: Please note that we are actively working on introducing a top-up subscription option, which will allow users to add more prompts to their account. This feature will be made available in the near future. a) Technical Issues: In rare cases where we are unable to provide our services due to technical issues on our end, a refund may be considered upon review. Such requests for refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility for a refund will be determined by LegalDST.
