4. Intellectual Property Rights

   All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, service marks, content, design, text, graphics, algorithms, user interfaces, source code, and software, remain exclusively with Harvisio Legal AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercializing such content without express written consent from the Company.

5. User Obligations
   • Not to engage in any illegal or prohibited activities through LegalDST.
   • Not to disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the services or proprietary software.
   • Not to reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit the service for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
   • To provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
6. Accuracy and Disclaimer

   LegalDST does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or relevance of the information provided. The seat and venue of arbitration shall exclusively be Hyderabad, Telangana.
